Ā Returns Policy

Every in stock product is backed by our long-standing tradition of quality and service.Ā BowlersParadise.com will accept any unworn or unaltered merchandise withinĀ 90 daysĀ of the original purchase date. BowlersParadise.com reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy. Gift cards, store credit and custom items are not eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

For products purchased on BowlersParadise.com, original shipping charges and any shipping taxes are non-refundable. Please allow 2-10 business days to process your return once received at our warehouse. You will receive a refund based on the original form of payment.Ā Please allow up to one billing cycle for the credit to post to your account. To return an item, please pack it in its original condition using an outer box or poly mailer and ship it back to the return address we provide you using any shipping method of your choice. We do recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking as we are not responsible for any lost returns.

Return or Refusal Of Package
If you refuse a package without BowlersParadise.com's consent to do so, we reserve the right to charge you any fees that may incur by the shipping company. This includes returned items due to incorrect address issues.

Defective/Damaged Products

If your product was received damaged or defective in any form, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Please email us images of the defect/damaged item at support@bowlersparadise.com


Bowling Balls
Once a bowling ball is drilled or engraved, we cannot accept it as a return. Custom OnTheBall items are not returnable.Ā 

Bowling Shoes
If you have purchased bowling shoes and need to try them on for size, please do so on a clean/dry surface. If the shoes are not in New condition, we cannot accept them. Please upload a photo of the bottoms (soles and Heels) of the bowling shoes with your RMA request prior to returning your bowling shoes.Ā 


Packaging
Please keep all original packaging until you are certain that you will not return the merchandise.


Important Notice!

Products returned must be new, unused and in manufacturers packaging surrounded by a protective outer packaging. Please include why the product is being returned.


All items not meeting this criteria will be refused and credit will not be issued to the customer. You will be responsible for shipping charges if you would want the refused item returned to you.
