We'll pay all the shipping costs! Just try them on, and if they don't fit, exchange them for the right size. We'll ship the replacement immediately.

Shoes MUST BE in new condition and returned in original shoe box and an outer box to qualify for exchange. Please keep the bottoms clean when trying on.

Benefits:

• Ship back original item using a prepaid return label.
  
• We cover shipping costs for returning shoes and new shoes back to you.
• This is a $20 - $25 savings in shipping fees.

Conditions:

• Item can only be exchanged for a different size of the same model.
• Must be purchased with item at time of original order.
• Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt by customer.
• Non-refundable once the shoes have been received by the customer.
• Shoes must be in new condition and returned in original shoe box and an outer box.
