Return Policy

Easy 60-Day Returns: We have a 60 day return policy from date of delivery. Return item with a copy of your receipt or order number. Once the item is received we will issue a refund back to the original payment method. A 15% restocking fee applies. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. 

 **Restocking fee will be waived if a new order is placed before the returned item is received at our location. 

 *Policy is extended through January 31st, for Christmas gifts purchased on or after November 1st.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to us from a customer. When shipping packages back, we recommend using a shipping method for your return that provides a tracking number.

Please return the item you wish to exchange and re-order the correct item right away to save on delivery time and the restocking fee. 

Warranty Claims: If your product is defective and you would like to file a warranty claim, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance cost to our warehouse if need be. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, we will ship you (free of charge - continental US) a new product to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with us. Drilling/engraving charges are not reimbursable. Order Cancellation Refund Policy
All credit cards are debited at time of purchase for amount of purchase to ensure validity of credit card. Cancellation will incur a fifteen percent (15%) credit card fee deducted from your refund. An order is considered placed when you agree to purchase. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Return Policy Information must be followed.

Claims of a shortage, mis-shipment, or damaged goods must be received within 5 business days of receipt or the goods will be deemed delivered and accepted as of the invoice date.

Return or Refusal Of Package
If you refuse a package without's consent to do so, we reserve the right to charge you any fees that may incur by the shipping company. This includes returned items due to incorrect address issues.

Bowling Balls
Once a bowling ball is drilled or engraved, we cannot accept it as a return. Custom OnTheBall bowling balls are not returnable. 

Bowling Shoes
If you have purchased bowling shoes and need to try them on for size, please do so on a clean/dry surface. If the shoes are not in New condition, we cannot accept them.

Please keep all original packaging until you are certain that you will not return the merchandise.

Custom Bowling Balls are not returnable.

Discontinued/Closeout items are not returnable.

Important Notice!

Products returned must be new, unused and in manufacturers packaging surrounded by a protective outer packaging. Please include why the product is being returned.

All items not meeting this criteria will be refused or a 50% restocking fee may be applied.
