Our Return/Exchange/Cancellation
policy. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal.
Within 30 days of delivery of shipment, you may return or exchange any
unopened media (videogame) or any other merchandise that's in new condition
including original packaging and accessories.

- Merchandise
must be in New condition along with all the original packaging.
- Merchandise
to be returned must be shipped in a protective box in addition
to the manufacturer's packaging.
- Full refund
including the shipping cost if the return is a result of our
error.
- If your
return is Not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping
costs plus a 15% restocking fee from your refund.
- Refund
will be made in the same form of payment originally used for
purchase.
- You will
receive a refund within 7 business days of our receiving your
return.
- Do not
ship the merchandise back to us until we have issued you a RMA
number.

Order
Cancellation Refund Policy
All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor
which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped,
you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Return Policy
Information listed above must be followed.
Refusal Of Package
If you refuse a package without BowlersParadise.com's consent to
do so, we reserve the right to charge you any fees that may incurre
by the shipping company.
Shoes
If you have purchased bowling shoes and need to try them on for
size, please do so on a clean/dry surface. If the shoes are not
in New condition, we cannot accept them.
Packaging
Please keep all original packaging until you are certain that you
will not return or exchange the merchandise. |
