Return Policy

Our Return/Exchange policy. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal.

Within 30 days of delivery of shipment, you may return or exchange any unopened media (videogame) or any other merchandise that's in new condition including original packaging and accessories.

Return Exchange
  • Merchandise must be in New condition along with all the original packaging.
  • Merchandise to be returned must be shipped in a protective box in addition to the manufacturer's packaging.
  • Full refund including the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
  • If your return is Not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee from your refund.
  • Refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
  • The customer will receive a refund within 7 business days of our receiving your return.
  • Do not ship the merchandise back to us until we have issued you a RMA number.
  • Merchandise must be in New condition along with all the original packaging.
  • Merchandise to be returned must be shipped in a protective box in addition to the manufacturer's packaging.
  • Shipping is paid for by BowlersParadise.com if the exchange is a result of our error.
  • If your exchange is Not due to our error, a shipping charge will apply for reshipping the merchandise back to the customer.
  • Do not ship the merchandise back to us until we have issue you a RMA number.
Refusal Of Package
If the customer refuse a package without BowlersParadise.com's consent to do so, we reserve the right to charge the customer any fees that may incurre by the shipping company.

Shoes
If you have purchased bowling shoes and need to try them on for size, please do so on a clean/dry surface. If the shoes are not in New condition, we cannot accept them.

Please keep all original packaging until you are certain that you will not return/exchange the merchandise.
