Our Return/Exchange
policy. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal.
Within 30 days of delivery of shipment, you may return or exchange any
unopened media (videogame) or any other merchandise that's in new condition
including original packaging and accessories.

- Merchandise
must be in New condition along with All the original packaging.
- Merchandise
to be returned must be shipped in a protective box in addition
to the manufacturer's packaging.
- Full refund
including the shipping cost if the return is a result of our
error.
- If your
return is Not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping
costs plus a 15% restocking fee from your refund.
- Refund
will be made in the same form of payment originally used for
purchase.
- You will
receive a refund within 7 business days of our receiving your
return.
- Do not
ship the merchandise back to us until we have issued you a RMA
number.

Manufacturer's
Warranty Claims
Products are sold together with and subject to the applicable licensing
agreements and/or warranties of the Manufacturer. Other than the
Manufacturer's express written warranties, all products are sold
as is and without warranty express or implied. BowlersParadise.com
assumes no responsibility or liability for Manufacturer's warranty
claims. BowlersParadise.com will return defective items to the Manufacturer
as Buyer's agent during the warranty period. BowlersParadise.com
reserves the right to require Buyers to return defective goods directly
to the Manufacturer under the Manufacturer's return policy. Freight
or transportation costs required to replace any product under the
terms of the Manufacturer's limited warranty will be at the Buyer's
expense.
Our liability shall be to replace the product with an identical
or reasonably equivalent product. In the alternative, we may issue
a store credit in the amount of the purchase price if we are unable
to supply a replacement product.
* Drilling charges are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Order Cancellation Refund Policy
All credit cards are debited at time of purchase for amount of purchase
to ensure validity of credit card. Cancellation will incure a fifteen
percent (15%) credit card fee deducted from your refund. This will
cover the costs and fees we incur in processing your order. An order
is considered placed when you agree to purchase. We are not trying
to offend, upset or take advantage of anyone. We are just trying
to recoup the fees and costs we are out. If you cancel your order
AFTER it has been shipped, the Return Policy Information listed
above must be followed.
Claims of a shortage, misshipment,
or damaged goods must be received within 5 business days
of receipt or the goods will be deemed delivered and accepted as
of the invoice date.
Refusal Of Package
If you refuse a package without BowlersParadise.com's consent to
do so, we reserve the right to charge you any fees that may incurre
by the shipping company.
Bowling Balls
Once a bowling ball is drilled, we cannot accept it as a return
or an exchange.
Bowling Shoes
If you have purchased bowling shoes and need to try them on for
size, please do so on a clean/dry surface. If the shoes are not
in New condition, we cannot accept them.
Packaging
Please keep all original packaging until you are certain that you
will not return or exchange the merchandise. |
