Last month (July) we told you
about a formula for achieving success with your "MIND". Below are
the ingredients for achieving that success, and acquiring:
"The Mental Game".
(NOTE: They are listed in no particular order as they are equal
in importance.)
- Positive Thinking
- Self Confidence
- Determination
- Concentration
- Motivation
- Self Esteem
- Priorities
- Self Image
- Desire
- Self Control
- Enthusiasm
- Visualization

To most people "those" above are just words. Unfortunately,
most of YOU (about 97%) will just read them and only
see "some" of the logic to all of them.
However, IF you intend on strengthening your MENTAL GAME,
I urge ALL of you to look-up in the dictionary the exact meaning(s)
of all of them. As I mentioned before, there are thousands
of 'self-help' books that have been written about these "ingredients".
Just as the physical fundamentals are important to your game, so
are these.
Judge yourself on a scale of: 1-10 with each of them. WORK on
your WEAKNESSES.

a stronger Mental Game, then I suggest that you read as many 'self-help'
books as possible. There are literally thousands and thousands of
these types of books available at bookstores and libraries everywhere.
